What is Horror Game: My Halloween Girlfriend?

It is a 42-episode vertical drama on NetShort, released 28 October 2026 and marked Completed. It is not a video game you install.

Why people search it as a game

The English title opens with the words Horror Game. Inside the story, Arthur is pushed into a deadly game to cover a $5 million orphanage debt, and a romance system pairs him with Samantha, an S-rank ghost nurse. The premise uses game words. The published object is still a short drama: 42 parts, each between 38 seconds and 4 minutes 8 seconds, labeled 64 minutes in total.

NetShort files the show under Full Episodes and Hot Series. The public page describes a series, not a build you download from a game store. I use that placement, plus the episode count, as the classification. I do not quote a sentence the publisher never wrote.

How I separate the other title

On 2 November 2026 a Steam store search for “horror game my halloween girlfriend” came back empty. A different work, titled My Halloween Girlfriend (18+), sits on itch.io as an in-development visual novel. The names overlap. The platform, the format, and the audience mark do not. This page names that split and stops there. No download, no image pack, no mirror.

The prefix is shared

Horror Game also opens other NetShort dramas, including She's a Monster, I See a Hottie (51 episodes, completed) and I Thought It Was a Dating Sim! (80 episodes, completed on the official page, not “90+ and ongoing”). Sharing a prefix is not proof of one universe. The list lives on the prefix page.

If you want the watch path, use where to watch. If you want the scene-by-scene cues, use the episode list.
